Pattern Description:
Surplice tops with sleeve variations including straps, flutter and full length sleeves, and skirt variations including single layer, double layer and shaped wrap style.
Pattern Sizing:
4-12. I made a 6, but should have made a 4 as there is plenty of ease in the bust.
