Pattern Description:
Slightly flared dress has front and back 1" tucks, wing collar, extended armholes and purchased trim. Length is below mid-knee.

Pattern Sizing:
I followed others' advice and went up a size, to a 16. Even still, the waist on this is narrower than I would have expected.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
