Pattern Sizing:
14-20. My measurements are size 16 but per the universal recommendation I made a size 14.

Recommend, with Modifications
Evidently I was mistaken when I said, after the last version of this dress, that I wouldn't make it again. I did, only this time I lengthened the skirt to make it a maxi. It made up quickly enough that I was able to cut it and make it on my birthday, in July, then wear it out to dinner that night.
