Pattern Description: This is an 'old' (circa 1978) OOP Stretch & Sew pattern for Peasant-style dress and blouse. Blouse has neckline gathered by encased elastic. Views differ in neckline details and sleeve length. I made View B using the 3/4 length sleeves from View A. As per Stretch & Sew patter
