Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Misses skirts have stitched tucks on front and back, centre back zipper, waist finishing and facing. I made view A but without the topstitching.

Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: From the envelope: "Misses' skirts have stitched tucks on front and back, center back zipper, and waist finished with facing. Skirt fits slightly below waist. View A has topstitching detail at waist and hip. View B has extension at bottom edge from contrast fabric."
