I made this costume out of cotton. It was easy to made. The hardest part of the costume is trying to get the white collar even. If you take it slow and be really careful they'll match up alright :) Instead of purchasing elastic (for the top of dress and sleeves) I used some old nylon tops. Just

Easy & Great for Beginners
