Pattern Sizing:
0-18 mo. I made a large (18 mo.) top and a modified XS bottom. For the same 9-month-old baby. ???

As with all Big 4 baby patterns this one runs large. Just be aware of that. I would estimate that it is probably a full size larger than the measurements might lead you to believe. My 22 pound 10 mo
