Butterick 5218 MISSES' TOP AND TUNIC
Loose-fitting, pullover tops A, C, tunics B, D have collar variations, front button closure with front pleat, back gathers, dropped shoulders and sleeve variations. A: self belt. B: sleeve with elastic casing and side slits. C, D: patch pockets and long sleeves with inside buttoned tab to hold self-rolled cuffs (wrong side will show). D: side slits. Purchased bottoms.

Recommend, with Modifications

Recommend, with Modifications
Loose-fitting shirt or tunic.
My advice is to make it large.
It pretty much looks like the illustration, except for the sleeve tabs -- in the actual garment, they are placed low, so that the sleeve will be approx elbow length -- with no cuff -- droopy. I moved them up and rolled a deeper cuff. I

Pattern Sizing:8 to 22. Since it's loose-fitting, I cut an 8 on top and a bit bigger through the hips. I usually cut 10 to 12.
