Vogue Patterns 1054 MISSES SHIRT AND PANTS
Very loose-fitting shirt has dropped shoulders, yoke, collar and collar band, front fly closure with bound buttonholes and buttons, shaped hemline with longer back length and side slits, three-piece sleeves with slits, all seams finished with contrast binding and decorative hand stitching trim. Tapered, lined, below waist pants have side panels (no side seams) that extend into front and back yokes, contour waistband with carriers, fly zipper closure, back patch pockets, front inseam pockets and back slits.

Picture of the blouse from the pattern
The pictures from my blouse don't do the lines of the pattern justice. In real life the horizontal lines and the little vertical pleat in the back give this blouse just a little bit extra attention. It really is a pattern for a plain fabric I think.
