Butterick 4817 Lifestyle Wardrobe
Open front jacket and vest have side slits and machine-stitched hems. Sleeveless pullover top: V-neck front and back. Above ankle flared skirt: side front and side back seams, machine-stitched narrow hem and casing and elastic waist. Straight floor length pants: casing and elastic waist.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
This is a fairly standard plus-size pattern. I only made the skirt, but the rest of the pattern is similarly easy.
UPDATE: today I sewed the entire thing in 45 minutes out of quilt fabric, for a lightweight summer skirt. Easy-peasy.
