Recommend, with Modifications
Note: My pattern is actually numbered 0538, but has the same photos and sizing. I bought it at Hancock Fabrics in the fall of 2007.

Halloween costumes for toddlers
Pattern Sizing:
I did size 1. I did the Duck version. It turned out much bigger than expected, but worked okay.
