Butterick 3860 Fast & Easy
Loose-fitting top, or A-line dress, above mid-knee, has back neck slit. A: narrow hem. C: contrast hem band and purchased trim. Loose-fitting shorts, above mid-knee or above ankle pants, have elastic waist, attached tie and stitched hem.

Easy & Great for Beginners
I made this outfit for my granddaughter out of some left-over denim from another project, and some bright red remnants. I found I didn't have enough of the bright red to make the whole top, so I decided to make the facing on the top and the tie on the shorts out of the red. I made a size 14 but ha
