Pattern Description: 4 purse patterns. Three of them are lined with an interior pocket. I did view D which looks a little like the one-shoulder back packs.

Pleated hobo bag, View C of the pattern, which has 4 different purses.
Pattern Sizing:
Bags B, C: 20" W × 19" L. Wearing it, the bottom of the bag comes a few inches below my hip (I'm 5'7"). So it's a pretty big bag.
