Recommend, with Modifications
I bought this pattern last year, persuaded by this review. That dress is lovely.
I read all the reviews to date and took particular notice of:
a) length - I am tall, 183 cm 5 10 1/2 inches so I added 10 cm 4 inches to the length at the lengthen/shorten line.

Pattern Description: Misses dress
Pattern Sizing:
I cut an 8 at the top and a 12 on the bottom. The top was fine, the bottom not so much...Oops...I added triangular shaped color block strips on the side.

Pattern Description:
Loose-fitting, above mid-knee dresses with front pleats, back waistline tucks, back zipper, and stitched hem. A has side-seam pockets, B has a cap sleeve and patch pocket with turnback flaps.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Sizing:
I made mine 1 size smaller than the size recommended, and cut an 8. Also, I did a kind of Big Butt Adjustment by grading to a size 10 in the behind.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Yes

Pattern Description:
Very easy vouge
Pattern Sizing:
Always check the measurements on the back of the packet! I didn't and cut it slightly too small. Just as well there was a good sized seam allowance.
