Recommend, with Modifications

1/28/08: When organizing my stash, I found a piece of pleated fabric that I had bought at Joanne's a couple of years ago. I remembered this top and serged this one together while dinner was cooking!! Super, super simple to make. This one the pleats were going the right way so it is a "one-seam"
