Recommend, with Modifications
Copywrite: 1989- (the company is reusing the number for woman's top pattern.)
Pattern Description: This is a basic pattern but it is a smocking pattern. It has the directions and everything to do smocking. Very cute.

Pattern Sizing: Misses 8-22
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? yes, except my neckline edge is different.

Pattern Sizing: B5(8-10-12-14-16) I used a size 12.
