Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
Semi-fitted, lined dress with pleated bodice and midriff, straight skirt
Pattern Sizing:
14-20 I actually gave it some slack on the sides because of my bust.

Pattern Sizing: 14-20 I cut a size 14 and graded it out initially to about an 18 at the hips.
