Colette Patterns 1005 Beignet
High waisted straight skirt provides a very flattering shape with paneled styling: not too loose or too tight around the hips, with a very fitted waist. Buttons up the front, has side seam pockets, and includes a self tie belt, which can be swapped out for your own narrow belts. Skirt has a faced waist, button placket and full lining.

Pattern Description: A high waisted front buttoning straight skirt with princess seams front and back, faced waist and lining .When I looked there were 40 reviews of this skirt, so I am not being very useful adding to the chorus! It is an excellent pattern.

Fabric: Navy cotton sateen
Size and Alterations: Colette sizing runs large. I started on size 8 but had to reduce the seams.This skirt also had a few issues on the overlocker...a.k.a big hole. To fix the huge hole on the back waist I created two pleats. Cute design feature.
