Butterick 5057
Package includes instructions and patterns for window treatments to fit 36", 42" and 48" window widths, measured along outer molding. Valance A: 15" deep, contrast lining, bias and covered buttons. Valance B: 14" deep, contrast lining and mounting board cover. Valance C: 12" deep. Valance D: 13" deep. C, D: contrast lining. Measurements are approximate at center of valance. Drapes E: 90" L by width of fabric, fullness will vary with window width. Purchased shade and sheers.

Highly Recommend
Added pictures of the mounting board with "L" brackets, they are't screwed in but will show how easy it is to make a mounting board. It was much easier than I thought it would be :-)
