Kwik Sew 3746 Bloomers & Top
Pull-on Bloomers have elastic in casings at waist and legs. View A are below knee length and View B are short. Pull-over Top has short raglan sleeves and all outer edges can be left unfinished or finished with a serger (overlock) machine or zigzag stitches.

Easy & Great for Beginners

Pattern Sizing: S-XL. I used L but think I could have gone smaller.
