Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: From the envelope: Pull over dress and top have darts ar front neckline and front extends to form stand up collar in back. View B top has cap sleeves.
Pattern Sizing: XS - XL. Based on the bust measurements, I cut an S blending to a M at the hips.
