Yes, except the cap sleeves look shorter(on the picture they look they go almost to the underarm seam but they don't)

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: Close-fitting wrap tops A, B, C have front bands. A: contrast bands. A, B: cap sleeves. C: below elbow length sleeves have elastic at lower edge. Purchased bias tape for neck and A, B armholes. Purchased seam binding for inside ties.
