I used this pattern to create on of my daughter's sketches. You can see a few changes I made, including contrast bands on the sleeves and hem. I also cut a larger size this time. Please click here for the steps I took to modify this pattern.

Pattern Description: This is a Project Runway pattern for little girls. It's an A-line dress with options for sleeves, waist tabs, pockets, chains, zippers, etc.
Pattern Sizing: Offered in sizes 7 through 16, all in one envelope. I made the 8. It just fits my daughter who wears an 8-10 in R
