Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, I think so.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Um, I'm sure if I spoke fluent German they would be fine. Since my German is elementary at best, I had to rely on Google translate. Luckily, Farbenm

Pattern Description:
The dress has a wide "Carmen" neckline, the bodice is cut very snugly with the skirt flaring down. The pattern can be sewn in three different variations: with elasticated puff sleeves, cap sleeves with pleat and flutter sleeves.
Pattern Sizing:
86/92 to 146/152.
