Vogue Patterns 8709 misses jacket
Loose-fitting, below hip jackets A, B have front darts, long sleeves and back pleated peplum (cut on crosswise grain) which extends into front pockets, side seams extend into back, upper back is cut on bias. A: doubled asymmetrical collar, slit at lower edge of sleeve. B: pieced stand-up collar has selvage edge at right side, wrong side of fabric will show, sleeve has placket and buttoned cuff. No provision provided for above waist adjustments.

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: A wonderfully funky top. They call it a jacket, but I think of it as a top. The pattern says, "no provision provided for above waist adjustments." Let me tell you, I adjusted the heck out of this pattern so it would work for me and my "uber busty hipless wonder" figure. Man
