Kwik Sew 3852 Misses Full Skirts
Very full flared skirts have waistband and side opening with snap and hook and eye closure. Skirt is made from six wide and six narrow panels that are stitched together forming soft pleats.

Great Wardrobe Builder
Updated to include Version #2 : I made the view "A" with the longer length in a camel crepe fabric. Following the directions in my "More Fabric Savvy" from Sandra Betzina, I washed the crepe twice on gentle in cold and dried it on low heat to hopefully make the fabric to not need dry cleaning.
