McCall's 6429 Children's/Girls' Top, Dress and Pants
Slightly flared top/dress has neck and sleeve bands, empire gathered waistline and front button trim. A: narrow hem lower edge. B: hem band and ribbon ties. Pull up pants has elastic waist casing and leg ruffles.
