Vogue Patterns 8781 Misses and Petites Jacket, Tunic, Dress, Skirt and pants
Lined jacket has shoulder pads, side pockets and two-piece raglan sleeves. Close-fitting tunic or dress has extended shoulders and narrow hem. Skirt has raised waist. B,C and D: back zipper. C and D: back slit. Straight-legged pants have waistband with hook/eye closure and mock fly zipper. A,D and E: semi-fitted. Purchased Belt.

Minor update: I was doing some poking around on the internet, and the sleeves on this jacket are raglan sleeves, not dolman. My mom used to call this style dolman when I was learning to sew, and of course she would know exactly what I was talking about. Might as well be precise on this site, tho
