Very loose-fitting skirts have elasticized waist and narrow hem. C, D and E: shaped hemline variations, and wrong side shows on ruffle C and back D and E. E: mock wrap with elasticized waistband.

Pattern Sizing:
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes but the wrap portion was higher than expected. I'm going to wear this over leggings anyway.

XS-XXL (4-26). I made view B in a modified size L (see below).
