Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
Paneled pencil skirt with elastic trim at waist.
Pattern Sizing:
34-44 I made the 40 as it was closest to my waist and hip measurements.
I might go down a size in the future to give the skirt a more snug fit, but I think the sizing is accurate.
