Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
I think it did look like the pattern on the photo. Its a really loose fitting dress and the flange on it I think really makes the dress what it is.
Pattern Sizing:
I cut a size 12 and it was a good fit.

Were the instructions easy to follow?Yes the instructions were very easy to follow. There aren’t many pieces in the pattern so it only took me an hour or two to make in full. I was wearing it the day I made it.
