Pattern Description:
Slim leg trousers with side pockets and faux welts in back.
Pattern Sizing: 8-22. I cut a 14, grading from the waist down to through the hips and legs to a 10. So, I wonder...should I cut a 10 and grade up through the hip and waist to a 14?
