Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Pattern D from Akiko Mano's book "Fashionable Clothes Girls Like". The blouse has a Peter Pan collar, a back button opening and gently ballooned short sleeves gathered with elastic.
Pattern Sizing: Book is for ages 3-8. I made the largest, 8. The fit is good on my beanpole
