Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
Pattern Description:
From Simplicity: Misses' Crinoline (Hoopskirt) and Petticoat.
My description: A hoopskirt of epic proportions. I wasn't expecting it to be so huge!
I made the hoopskirt, and will probably make the petticoat in the future.

I am an experienced sewer. This pattern was relatively easy for a non-standard hoop skirt pattern (as in not just a circle).
I made it from simple medium weight white cotton. The flat front hoop skirt in this pattern looks beautiful under a dress, especially if you really need the flat front.
