I cut to a size 14 but was once again too big so going to make again in a size 12.

I don't know how Simplicity did it but this pattern has a great fit. I made it out of a rather loose weave fabric I got at G Street and it was sitting on the $2.50 a yard table. I backed the skirt and the jacket pieces with black so sheer. The flounce on the skirt, I left alone so that it would d
