Pattern Description:
Loose fitting, fully interfaced, lined blouse has collar, collar band, side front seams, back peplum, button/loop closing and above elbow sleeves.
Pattern Sizing:
14-18. I made size 14 as is my usual with Vogue patterns.

Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me
Pattern Description: Loose fitting, fully interfaced, lined bouse A or B has collar, collar band, side front seams, back peplum, button/loop closing and above elbow or long sleeves.
Pattern Sizing: I graded up one size from the 18.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once
