Textile Studio Sewing Pattern Monaco Shell # 1209
|
Two fashion shells, one featuring a funnel neck the other a graceful self-faced high V neckline. Both are close fitting with subtle side shaping. Great new looks for under jackets or as summer tops. For stretch knits only. Sewing time 45 minutes.
Suggested Fabric: View A & B: For medium weight stretch knit, stretch terry & stretch velour. Note: 4 inches of fabric should stretch 1 1/4" along the crosswise grain. Allow extra fabric for shrinkage and lengthening.

Easy & Great for Beginners
The monaco shell contains patterns for a short funnel neck (where the neckline extends into the collar) and a modified v-neck top. I made the short funnel neck.

Pattern Sizing:
Regular to plus. I made XL.
