Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Button front, V-neck blouse with ruffle collar, band at waist, sleeveless, short or long sleeves with cuffs
Pattern Sizing: European: 36-50; American 10-24. I traced an 18 at shoulders & upper body, tapering to a 20-22 at hips.
