You are right, that's a very cute pattern and it looks fab in your stretch suede. Thank you for the detailed review.

It was worth all the trouble you had with the sleeve lining since the end result is such a great jacket. Thanks for a detailed review.

Annette this is really lovely - I must get thsi pattern - I now name you "Annette the Enabler". Thanks fior such a helpful review - will be sure not to have sleeve linings dangling about when I make this.

The jacket looks great and I think the buttons really make it - money well spent on the detailing. Great review and I'm sorry that you endured such frustration on the sleeve linings!!! :)

Gaaaah - none of your photo links are working for me! I'd love to see your jacket...

I can't see the photos either. Also the button store is (I think) ascuteasabutton.com. If you go to cuteasabutton.com you'll find something completely different.

It's a great review, but I can't see any of the pictures either. Would love to as I have plans to make this jacket. :)

Thanks, FragHag. :o) I changed that reference in my review. Also, I reloaded the pictures. I'm not sure what happened there. Thanks for letting me know they weren't working, y'all.

Great jacket. I love how symmetrical the top of the front curves are. I could never do that!

annette the picture thing happened to me when I posted the PJ top review - whatever happened to the pictures, I don't think it was something you did. The jacket is gorgeous and I really like your fabric!!

It looks great on you and I hate doing sleeves like that too I think that its is appropriate when putting the whole sleeve in by hand but otherwise no.

Fabulous jacket! I always love your jackets, they look so professional. Personally I think I'd muck up the round bits at the neck, but yours are perfect.

I like the jacket. Sometimes you have to look beyond what the models are wearing, which I need to do more of myself, as you can really miss a nice garment look.

This is a wonderful jacket. Beautifully made and love your buttons. Thanks for a great review. And I now know what sort of fabric I want to use for my next jacket, which has also many seamlines.

Very nice - I've been looking at that pattern and have been on the fence for the same reasons you were. Yours looks really nice. I don't understand the no-hem-facing on the sleeve, although I do hand sew in most of my sleeve linings at the armscye. great review

I think your jacket turned out fabulous! I had never really paid much attention to this pattern, other than the cut of the pants, but yours really looks good!

Annette, you are right - the pattern picture on the envelope is not good. Glad you saw beyond it because the lines for the jacket are perfect for suede/faux suede and you made a beautiful jacket! Like the toothpaste touches as well :)

Beautiful jacket! Those buttons and the edgestitching add a lot, I think. I completely agree about the line drawings. That bright white fabric in their photos really distracts from all the nice details.
