Pattern Description:
Lined jacket, above-waist has short sleeves. Lined, flared dress, evening length has close-fitting bodice, dirndl skirt, tie-ends and back zipper.

Pattern Sizing:
I cut a size 6

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, other than modifications I made. This is a "muslin" of a flower girl dress that will be made of taffeta, lace and tulle.

Were the instructions easy to follow?
I didn't really follow the instructions but they appeared simple

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
See above

Fabric Used:
Cotton (This was made to check sizing)

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I added a band at the bottom of the bodice and raised the hem to knee length. I added a flower (I need to practice a little more, lol)

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, I will sew it again.

Conclusion:
This is the first time I have sewed for anyone else other than myself. I only agreed because it was a child and that made me less nervous...even though I am still stressing because it's for a special occassion. I hope it turns out pretty. I will post the end results.

Good luck with the final project. The muslin looks like a cute summer dress. Hope she gets some wear out of it too.

You'll do just fine with the taffeta dress. This one turned out beautifully!
