Pattern Description:
Girls Pioneer dress has collar, buttoned yoke and optional armhole ruffle; pinafore with or without bottom ruffle has back button closure; bonnet is also included.

Pattern Sizing:
Medium (size 10-12)

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

Were the instructions easy to follow?
Exceptionally easy - wonderfully written and easy to follow.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I LOVED this pattern.

Fabric Used:
Cheap cotton for the dress, broadcloth for the petticoat and bonnet.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I shortened it on the shortening lines in both the dress and petticoat, and still shortened the dress by 4" at the hem.
I also added a dart in the front of the petticoat to bring it in closer on my daughter, as she is very slim.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
yes and yes !!

Great pattern !

Gold rush or bust! I remember this phase in my daughter's curriculum. I have to mention what a perfectly beautiful picture that is. That should be framed. Her face is so sweet in that bonnet.
