I also have this book. It is very inspiring. The one drawback is no actual patterns. She does provide measurements for squares and drawings that you can increase on the copier. I got confused with the instructions for a couple of them but eventually figured it out. Mostly it was learning about how serging is all done inside and the item is completed when turned inside out!
