	tigergirl said... I was just checking ebay last night for wide elastic to do this. I made a similar one (with the self fabric waist band) a few years ago but as an A-line - it goes on every o'seas holiday we have - very versatile. Actually - that's what I'm wearing in my avatar. 1/27/12 10:00 PM
