Very pretty on you, and extremely flattering. The ruffle was inspired, honestly. As it was, the proportional visual weights of the dress components were out of balance, so it looked odd. Adding the ruffle not only balanced the length, it added a reflection of the upper drape, balancing those details, too. Brilliant. Thanks for sharing. :)
