Pattern Description:
No real description listed on pattern, but this is a pattern for a top or dress, made with interlock (bodice and "skirt") and ribbing (neckband, cuffs). Woven fabrics can be used for the skirt, as well. There are long and short sleeve options.
I made the long-sleeved dress, using all interlock and ribbing.
Pattern Sizing:
The Infant/Toddler group ranges in size from 6-12 months up to 4T. The Big Girl group goes from 5/6 up to 12.
I made sizes 6-12 months and 12-18 months. This is for my niece, who just turned one, so I'm not sure of her sizing.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, definitely!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes. Bonnie writes great instructions.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the basic dress, and I like that it can be shortened to a top, as well. I just think it's cute, and since my DSIL agreed, I got both size ranges to use for my niece.
Fabric Used:
Cotton interlock and cotton/lycra ribbing.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I didn't make any changes this time through. I can't think of any to make, either, unless I do some embellishing like applique or something....
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I would definitely sew it again, as long as my DSIL likes it. ;) I'm waiting to hear back on how it fits, to know what size to make more of. I would recommend it, with the caveat that it's OOP, so it may be hard to find. (The link that I used for pattern information shows a picture of the pattern, but it's sold out.)
Conclusion:
A really cute, easy dress/top for little girls - I'm glad that I was able to pick it up before it went totally OOP. And I really hope that my DSIL likes it, because I'm prepared to make many more of these for my niece!

Thanks! The Christmas oogas was from a coop, and the barnyard animals was a lucky find in a thrift shop (it had been sewn into something rectangular - maybe a placemat, or night stand cover? I took it apart to use as yardage instead....)
