Pattern Description:
Laura Luggage handbag pattern, machine embroidered with Fleur de Lis design in varying sizes and grey-tones. Has internal elasticized pockets, external zippered key and hidden side pocket and open side pockets.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Very much, and I couldn't be happier about that!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
There were a few tricky spots in the making but the instructions were clear and easy to follow
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Love the vintage look
Fabric Used:
Main fabric is a medium heavy cotton broadcloth with black suede trim. Lining is cotton lawn.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I embroidered each piece of fabric to suit my idea of the finished look before cutting
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I already have 3 others in different colours under way. I love them and they'll make an interesting storage system for various coloured embroidery threads

Oh my goodness! I should say - oh your goodness. LOVE the embroidery. This is the bag I use the most personally. It is so big that when I am out shopping for notions and fabric, I can just pop them in the bag. Dimensions– 15"(38cm) wide, 10"(25.5cm) tall and 6"(15cm) deep Congratulations on your entry.
