This pattern was copied from an existing cover for the pillow in question. It is square with an overlap opening on the back. Pattern Sizing:
N/A Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
N/A Were the instructions easy to follow?
It was straightforward to put together. I cut it so that the overlap raw edges were on the selvedge, and therefore didn't need to be hemmed. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Well, it fit the pillow and was very, very easy to sew. The only remotely challenging part was matching the checked fabric at the seams. I especially liked the overlapped opening, making a zipper or other closing unnecessary. Fabric Used:
Cotton with a woven checked pattern. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
The original cover had lace edging, which I omitted. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, when I want a change of colour.
This was a very quick and easy way to cover an existing cushion. I`m pleased with the results.
