I used a cotton twill printed fabric I had in my stash for years. I washed the fabric ahead of time also. I put an invisible zipper in the side seam (zipper pull starting at the hem) and that took a few tries. You may want to use a regular zipper. Also, I am long waisted so I suggest lenghtening the peplum about a 1/2 inch to 1 inch.

I think your blouse is very pretty. What kind of fabric did you use? You recommended this pattern with modifications. What sort of modifications do you suggest?
