Pattern Description: Misses tunic with 3 sleeve variations.
Pattern Sizing: I sewed one size smaller than what my measurements called for and I thought it was perfect.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, I made view C.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Very clear instructions with good diagrams.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love how easy this was - instant gratification! Something I really needed after the lined jacket contest . Really liked the neck & sleeve bands as well - very professional finish. The top itself is very comfortable, loose-fitting, yet stylish.
Fabric Used: An ITY knit I've had in my stash a while.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I made the elastic binding at the hem a little smaller than the pattern called for (not on purpose, lol), so I ended up having to use 1/2 inch elastic instead of the 3/4 inch that the pattern called for. Doesn't seem to have made much of a difference.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I will definitely sew this again & highly recommend. This top looks great in a solid color or I think, any print - especially if you have something loud and obnoxious you want to show off!
Conclusion: Quick & easy stylish top can be made in both long, 3/4 and short sleeves. Very comfortable to wear & looks nice dressed down with jeans or a little dressier with slacks.
