Pattern Description: This pattern is very functional, dress it up for work or play it down with some sneakers for shopping. It features a fitted bodice that ends at the natural waistline and flows into an easy breezy skirt. It's flattering on any body type.

Pattern Sizing: based on your high bust measurement. I cut a 3

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? The instructions include a photo tutorial with instructions and tips for beginners and a shorter crib sheet for more experienced garment sewers

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? There was nothing I disliked. The neck band is drafted perfectly. It was such a breeze to put together.

Fabric Used: Jersey knit from Fabric Mart

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: My fit alterations included: 1. Shortened front and back bodice 2 1/2 inches
2. Shortened upper back bodice 3 inches, this really helped my swayback problem
3. Pinned out excess on front bodice, armpit to apex
4. Shortened the sleeves 5 inches.
5. Shortened hem line 1 inch

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I've made it twice and I will make it many more times.

Conclusion: I can't say enough good things about this dress. Happy to add it to my tried and true collection. See more pictures and details here and see my first version here.
